a curious case of self-promotion: we were on the Institute of Living podcast with steve from fat randy

Jason Rule has a podcast!  when he’s not slinging out records + shows with Queen Moo, Zanders, or his solo work as John Rule III, he’s holding conversations with people around Connecticut on his new podcast, The Institute of Living.  it’s on all the usual places, like spotify (see below) or apple, stitcher, etc etc etc.  so far, The Institute of Living has featured guests from the CT music scene, like Eel People [click here] and Fat Randy [click here].

Jason was gracious enough to have me on the show this past Wednesday, and i am joined by Stephen Friedland from Fat Randy.  the whole conversation is two hours long, and it covers a ton of topics: politics, drug use, and yes, lots of music from Connecticut.  this is the most personal i will ever publicly get, so if you are curious about how this site is run, what i do during the day, or why i started this blog in the first place, now’s your chance!

and before you ask, yes, this is the real me.  100%.  it’s definitely not a friend that i had go in my place, and you should not be asking such questions wink wink.

you can also find me on the Redscroll Records podcast and a couple of radio shows with Robbie DeRosa.
