this episode, i talk with Kierstin Sieser, who is both a solo artist and the frontperson for the americana band Tiny Ocean, who released their debut album ‘Sometimes You’re Right’ in late 2018. we are hear today, however, to talk about her new solo record Shark Tooth Moon, her first public solo recordings in a few years! the album is filled to the brim with love, and it’s a stripped back, beautiful mood collage. i talk with Kierstin about what makes this music different than Tiny Ocean, learning to love the mysteries of life, and at the end i give her the impossible task of choosing five albums to accompany her into space.
