in this very special podcast episode, we talk with Karen Ponzio about connecticut music in the year 2020!  you may knew Karen from her work as a music journalist for the New Haven Independent, as a radio host for Cygnus Radio’s The Word According to KP, or as a poet, host, and big CT music fan.  in this episode, we talk about the music that inspired, impressed, and invigorated us in the Worst Year On Record.  we take a holistic approach, so there’s less of a focus on individual people/bands, and more of a conversation about music more broadly.  but we shout out plenty of specific examples along the way!  (just don’t expect any kind of list or countdown).
