Hello!  It’s been more than half a year since our last post.  Our last posts were about our favorite music of 2020, and that felt like a good place to quietly end the blog and slide into an early retirement.  We still constantly listen to CT music (obviously), but we were burned out trying to fastidiously keep up with it all.  In between searching band’s social media pages and fielding DMs from passive-aggressive people wanting us to cover their music (we still love u tho), this all stopped being fun!  We tried to cover CT music exhaustively, and yes, we were exhausted.

But we’re back!  We’re back with a new look, new priorities, but the same stupid memes and nonsense.  Thank you for sticking with us.  You can think of this as our “Green Album”.  Replacing the white and blue website (our “Blue Album” phase) is this gaudy, slime looking color palette.  We like it, and sure, it’s a little hard to read sometimes, but it makes us happy.  In terms of changes, we’ll probably be doing fewer “Bark List” entries because they were SO time-consuming in favor of smaller reviews, newswire items, and features.  We’ll be resuming the podcast soon (we have a few episodes in the bank ready to go!), so be sure to catch up on those original 30 episodes!

Plus, more importantly, the band that was Crag Mask has nestled into their coccoon/pupae, emerging as MESMER sometime soon. At least that’s what we think. Who knows? Crag Mask is dead // Love live Crag Mask.
