In this episode, we talk with Youth XL — the new band from New Haven. The band’s debut ep will come out on October 30th, so we asked them a bunch of silly questions about it. You may know the singer, Alex McGuire, who used to release music under his own name. In this conversation, I sat with all four studs from Youth XL, and we talked about their beginnings, what a Youth XL meal at McDonalds would be like, and what makes them “Connecticut’s Funnest Band”. Oh, and I will let you in on a little secret. At the end of the podcast, I pit the members against one another in a music trivia deathmatch for the ages, but they have no idea what they’re in for.
